Last Friday we went to visit our friends Amii and Walt Steele who live on Lake Norman. Savannah was soooo excited about going out on the boat on Saturday and this year she didn't even complain about having to wear her non-pink life jacket.
Little Man has been battling a cold, or allergies, or maybe just teething for quite a while now and he had a major flare-up just in time for this weekend getaway. I think I was awake with him all night Friday so we were both exhausted out on the lake but he still refused to nap. He must think he's going to miss something important. Because of that, we decided to head home early instead of enduring another restless night.
